If your order our shoes, we prepare shoe making for you which takes around 7-14 days.
Due to the characteristic of order-to-made product, we currently do not offer an exchange and refund on international orders.

Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

To preserve your shoes like a new product, please follow the way above to manage these items:


. Keep your product away from the moisture, humidity, sweat, and heat as these can easily cause deformation or discoloration of the leather.

. If stains occur, gently dab the area with a soft cloth and let air dry in a place with nice air circulation. Apply a clear leather cream and wipe with a soft cloth using a gentle circular motion.

. Reike Nen's product is made with natural materials like leather and suede which could cause the transfer of color if it touches a bright fabric.

. Avoid contact with a rough surface to prevent the product from scratches.

. The shoe shape could change depends on the foot shape of the individuals.

. All Reike Nen's metal part is gilded and treated with surface treatment. Discoloration, peeling, rust could occur due to the wear-and-tear.

. Stuff your unused shoes with the stuffer or shoe-stand to restore and hold its shape. Keep the product in the dust bag with the dehumidifier.

It takes 5-7 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
